The passing of Jimmy McGuirk

The Diary has learned of the death of Jimmy McGuirk, of Navan Road, Dublin 7 and formerly of Kilcullen, Co Kildare and of Dublin Port Company, on 29 April 2024, peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Rathborne Nursing Home, Ashtown. 

Beloved husband of Mary (née Price) and dear father of Mary, Gerard, Pauline and Clare, and a cherished grandfather of Clare, Helen, Conor and Lauren, Jimmy is sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law Martin, Eugene and Richard, daughter-in-law Eileen, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at his residence on Friday evening (May 3rd) between 4pm and 7pm, his removal will be on Saturday morning (May 4th) to the church of Our Lady Help of Christians, Navan Road arriving for Funeral Mass at 10 am followed by burial in Esker Cemetery.
