The passing of Ian Mackenzie-Smith

The Diary has learned of the death of Ian Mackenzie-Smith, Killinane, Kilcullen, on the 4th of September 2022, peacefully, in the company of his loving family. 

Ian’s passing is deeply regretted by his loving wife Evelyn, children Matthew, Clare, Stuart, and Elaine, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, partners, his ten beloved grandchildren, Jack, Freddy, Robyn, Mya, Eve, Georgia, Ben, Elliott, Freya and Simone, sisters Thelma and Anthea, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.

He will be reposing in Anderson & Leahy’s funeral home on Tuesday afternoon at 3pm with prayers at 5.30pm. Removal from his residence will be on Wednesday morning arriving to the Church of St Joseph, Gormanstown, Kilcullen for 12pm Mass, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
