The passing of Margaret Smith

The Diary has learned of the death of Margaret Smith (née Sherlock), of Bishop Rogan Park, Kilcullen, and formerly of Pairc Mhuire, Newbridge, on 21 May 2022 peacefully at Naas Hospital. 

She is sadly missed by her husband Paddy, son Stephen, daughter-in-law Sinéad, grandchildren Katie, Ben and Tommy, sisters May, Eileen and June, brothers Andrew and John, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Anderson & Leahy’s funeral home on in Newbridge on Tuesday from 4pm with prayers at 7pm. Removal on Wednesday morning at 10.30am to arrive at St Conleth’s Parish Church for 11am Mass. Burial afterwards in St Conleth’s Cemetery, Newbridge.
