Kilcullen GAA - Hurl with Me
Any parents out there that played Camogie or Hurling in their youth and would love to give it a go again?
Or maybe your child has recently started to learn the skills with the club and you would like to learn, as they learn?
Well, here’s your opportunity!
Kilcullen GAA has been selected by the county board, as the Kildare representatives, to participate in ‘Hurl with Me’.
This is a new initiative, that is taking place in every county, where for four weeks there will be adult coaching, all aimed at helping you to help your children develop their skills.
It is free and open to Kilcullen GAA members and parents of Kilcullen Juvenile members.
Coaching starts Tuesday 29 May, 7pm-8pm at the Training Pitch. It will run every Tuesday night until 19 June.
Kilcullen will then participate in the National ‘Hurl with Me’ day on 1 July in Abbotstown. This will be an All-Ireland event celebrating parents participation in the great sport.
Bring a hurl if you have one, if not, there will be some available on the night.
