'Birth of a Nation' concert for Riverbank

Paul Linehan.
A special concert in the Riverbank Arts Centre on 9 June will be set against the backdrop of Irish history up to the founding of the modern Irish State, featuring songs and music from the period.

It will be performed by Paul Linehan, Tenor; Ann Cullen, Piano and Violin; and Liam Quinlivan, Narrator.

Songs include The West’s Asleep, The Minstrel Boy, Boolavogue, Danny Boy, A Nation Once Again, Óró ‘Sé do bheatha ‘bhaile, and The Foggy Dew.
