Izzy and Jennifer are One Good Idea finalists

You read it in the Diary first, and we're delighted for Jennifer Pearson and Izzy Reid that they have been selected as finalists in the One Good Idea finals being held in May, writes Brian Byrne.

The CPC students have pushed their idea on sustainable fashion in a range of ways, including articles and interviews on local media, exhibitions, on the theme 'If it's not sustainable, I'm not wearing it.'

It was all underpinned by their teacher Miss Lamont in the TY Green Schools module.

Now they're among the 12 finalists who will pitch in The Printworks in Dublin Castle on Tuesday 15 May.

We're all rootin' for them.
