Photography Club exhibition opening tonight
Kilcullen Photography Club are holding an exhibition of their work in An Tearmann, Kilcullen, writes Conor Williams, and we invite all to join us tonight, Thursday 8 March, for our opening from 7.30pm-9pm.
The exhibition combines a diverse range of images of different topics and locations, picked by our members and offering a unique view of the life and topography inside and outside Ireland.
Pictures from all around the country, different perspectives and styles make this a compelling insight into our endeavours. Pictures are for sale with commission going to An Tearmann.
Kilcullen Photography Club was formed in May 2017 and has been on an upward trend ever since. Various outings, discussions and some technical advice combined with an informal and easygoing attitude make for a welcoming atmosphere.
We are currently looking for new members to join us, no previous experience required, a camera phone will do if you have nothing else and it is a good way to meet new people, explore interesting places and learn along the way.
You can get in touch through Facebook or Instagram at 'Kilcullen Photography Club'.
