High intensity fitness with Yvonne
A new high intensity fitness class will begin in Kilcullen Community Centre on Thursday 22 March, organised by Yvonne Kelly who already has Pilates classes in the Centre.
The HIT sessions will be from 8.15pm-9pm and are designed to improve cardiovascular health and fitness, build lean muscle, and increase metabolism.
The sessions include varied workouts designed to improve athletic endurance. They're fun, too ... and the classes are drop-in and pay as you go at €10 a time.
