The passing of Delia Reddy
The Diary has learned of the death of Delia (Dympna) Reddy, nee O'Grady, of White Hall, Kilcullen, and formerly of Milltown, Tuam, Co Galway.
Wife of the late John (Mansie), Dympna passed away peacefully at Curragh Lawns Nursing Home. She is sadly missed by her loving daughters Sabina and Esther, grandchildren Aisling, Jack and Brona, sons in law Joseph and Conor, brother Stephen, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.
She will be reposing at her daughter Esther’s residence, Glebe North, Kilcullen from 3pm on Sunday with Rosary at 8pm, and on Monday from 3pm.
Removal will be on Monday evening at 7pm to arrive at the Church of the Sacred Heart and Saint Brigid, Kilcullen at 7:30pm. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday morning at 11am, and will be followed by burial in Old Kilcullen cemetery.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Oblate Invalid Lourdes Fund, for which purpose there will be a donation box in the church.
