Latest tech for Murphy Surveys
Local business Murphy Surveys has become the first survey company in Ireland to add a Leica BLK 360 Laser Scanner to its high-tech range of surveying tools, writes Brian Byrne.
The BLK 360 debuted at Autodesk University in November of 2016 and has since won several key industry awards.
The miniaturised unit offers all the quality and accuracy of predecessor large imaging systems, and uses wireless technology and an iPad Pro interface to immediately upload data from site to the company's servers.
Murphy Surveys is one of the top companies in its field in Ireland and the UK, and was the first Irish surveying business to use laser scanning technology 17 years ago.
The scanners deliver 3D data for clients, backed by the expertise and experience of personnel who are at the top end of their disciplines.
