WEATHER

A cold start today with frost and mist patches clearing quickly this morning. There'll be a mix of sunny spells and scattered showers through the day. Maximum temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees in a generally moderate northeasterly breeze. Any showers will clear early tonight to leave it dry and mostly clear.

EARPHONES FOUND

A set of earphones were handed into Kilcullen Garda Station. Found 24 April 2024 at the Canal at Herbertstown-Old Mill, Kilcullen. Owner can contact Kilcullen Garda Station for collection 045 481212.

DID YOU KNOW?

The US Constitution, ratified in 1788, gives Congress the sole power to declare war, and since then, the body has formally declared war on another country a total of 11 times, during five separate conflicts.
