Bardons Belles are out to take the challenge

OK, they're the first team in the GAA Lip Sync Challenge to contact the Diary directly, so they're getting off to a head start here, writes Brian Byrne.

Led by Linda Price, Bardon's Belles are training hard, and are open to online sponsorship here, or just pop in to Bardons and give them the equivalent of a pint or two. Every euro donated is equivalent to a vote for the team.

Pictured with Lynda are Elaine Steed, Aisling Cahill, and Ann Byrne Kennedy.

The Club is hoping to raise €40,000 in the Lip Sync Challenge, for which the actual show will be held in the 1,200-seat venue at Kilashee House Hotel on 29 October, with door tickets at €25.
