Age Friendly Road Show coming

The Kildare Age Friendly Roadshow will be in the Clanard Court Hotel, Athy, on Wednesday 4 October, and applications for free tickets are now open, writes Brian Byrne.

The event time is 10.30am-3.30pm and anyone over 55 is qualified to attend.

It is a day of presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and questions and answers sessions. Themes include Health, Dementia, Safety, Finance, Budgeting and Positive Mental Health. A full lunch is provided.
