Kilcullen canoeists in Bratislava

Two Kilcullen Canoe Club members are taking part in the 2017 ICF Canoe Slalom Junior U23 World Championships this week in Slovakia, writes Brian Byrne.

The event, in Bratislava, begins today and runs through the week to Sunday.

Oisin and Ciara Farrell are part of Team Ireland (above) at the Championships.

Oisín will be racing on Wednesday at 10.05 and Ciara on Thursday at 1.20pm local time which are an our earlier in Irish time.
