Ballitore Vintage Run at the weekend
In aid of three charities — the National Council for the Blind, St Vincent's Hospital Alzheimer Unit and the Oldfolks Ballitore, the Saturday events include the usual Duck Race in the River Greese, the popular Barrel Race at 8pm, and live music in the street.
The Vintage Drive is on the Sunday with registration scheduled for 12 noon and the run itself due to start at 1.30pm.
The associated Family Fun Day events operate from 2pm and include music, fancy dress, line dancing, bouncy castles, pony rides and more. Food available from a barbecue and pig on a spit.
The charity auction begins at 4pm.
