Street collection today for Kilcullen in Bloom
The Kilcullen Tidy Towns street collection for the Kilcullen In Bloom project is being held today, writes Brian Byrne.
There has already been a strong support for the flowers initiative, which this year has been stepped up in scope and style throughout the town. It is expected to cost €7,500 and funding is from business, community, and Kildare County Council.
There will be opportunities for individuals to contribute today at the usual locations — outside Nolans, Eurospar and Centra.
