Grants allocated to housing estates

A total of €12,145 has been agreed in grants to local residents associations in Kilcullen, writes Brian Byrne.

The money is made up of Council funding and Councillors LPT discretionary funds, and payment will be made before the end of June, according to Cllr Fintan Brett FG.

The individual estate amounts are Bishop Rogan Park, €1,141; Castlemartin Lodge RA, €2,867; Cnoc na Greine RA, €3,137; Cnoc na Greine Woods RA, €491; Esker Lea RA, €554; Hillcrest RA, €1,238; Laurel Wood RA €841; Lui na Greine Working Group, €373; Moanbane Park RA, €1,310; Sunbury RA, €193.

These grants are in respect of private estates. Grants to local authority estates will follow next month.
