Getting Kilcullen 'REDy' for Punchestown

It might be cool and breezy out there, but that’s not stopping local businesses and residents getting into the buzz of the upcoming Punchestown Festival, writes Brian Byrne.

The St Patrick’s Day bunting is finally coming down and being replaced with the ‘Paint the Town Red’ replacement from Punchestown, who have provided the bunting and flags.

The next job is for businesses to finish their Punchestown themed windows decoration before the 18 April deadline to have the photos of them in.

Prizes up to €1,500 are at stake, including a guaranteed €800 for one winning entry from the town.
