Fianna Fail deputy visits TY students
Transition Year students at CPC were given details of what a Leinster House politician’s life is like when they were visited by Deputy Fiona O’Loughlin last week, writes Brian Byrne.
The Economics class and their teacher Seán Dowling hosted the Deputy for a discussion on the political system, and how the Budget is prepared and debated.
“They really engaged with me, and asked lots of insightful questions about life in Leinster House,” Deputy O’Loughlin said afterwards.
