Enterprise Town Expo is back for 2017
The Kilcullen Enterprise Town Expo organised with the backing of Bank of Ireland last year will be held again in 2017, on Saturday 22 April, writes Brian Byrne.
The inaugural event brought together more than 100 business, community, and social organisations to the Assembly Hall in Scoil Bhride, showcasing everything that Kilcullen has to offer, and surprising most of us in the process at the number and breadth of enterprises here.
For the repeat event, Ballymore Eustace groups and businesses are being invited to take part. There has always been a strong linkage between Kilcullen and Ballymore, so it’s nice to stretch the boundary in that direction.
An organising committee will begin work from next week. Meantime, if you were one of those who had a stand at last year’s Expo, then expect a call. If you didn’t have one, now’s your chance to strut your stuff.
As they say, stay tuned.
