Don't forget to take part in Kilcullen St Patrick's Day Parade 2017
A reminder that Kilcullen will have its fourth St Patrick’s Day Parade this month, writes Noel Clare, and we are currently inviting all business, clubs, groups, schools etc, to consider putting a float into the parade and to help make it just as good a day as it was last year.
A steady run of entries are coming in, but this is just in case your organisation or business may have forgotten to send yours in.
It is planned that the parade will pass the viewing stand, situated in the Square, at 12 noon. Floats will gather at the starting point at Bishop Rogan/Kaymed from 10.30 in the morning.
While the parade is covered by insurance, one of the conditions of this insurance is that each participating group must also have its own insurance and this must be confirmed at time of entry.
Entries to kilcullenparade@gmail.com. A donation of €25 is requested to help cover costs. A downloadable entry form is available here.
For queries or further information contact JJ on 087 7558896; Steve on 087 8128764; Noel on 087 6497619; or email kilcullenparade@gmail.com. Updates will be posted on our Facebook page.
