Community Grants Scheme 2017

The Community & LPT Grant Scheme operated by Kildare County Council can provide up to €3,000 to all community groups, writes Brian Byrne.

The Scheme is open for applications until Tuesday 14 March 2017, and applications will be assessed by the authority's Community Development Team working with the relevant Municipal Districts, in Kicullen's case, the Naas MD.

Each MD will be given the opportunity to approve the CDT's recommendations before the grant awards are announced.

There is no guarantee that any group will receive the maximum amount. Application guidelines available from Kildare County Council by phone or letter or through its website must be strictly adhered to.
