Show jumping in Calverstown next Sunday

Robinson Equestrian in Calverstown will be hosting a show jumping event on Sunday 21 August.

Classes start with Cross Poles working through 50cm, 60cm, 70cm, 80cm, 90cm and 1m classes.

Rosettes will be awarded for clear rounds in the Cross Pole and 50cm classes. Prizes — kindly sponsored by TRM and TRI — will be awarded in all other classes.

Shows start at 1pm. Cross Poles €10, all other classes €15. Second Round €10.

Halloween Camps will be held during the Halloween Mid-Term break 2016. Activities include pony care & grooming, tack care, stable management, lessons, pony games & on-site hacking. Book early to avoid disappointment. Call Noel at 087 2651318 for details.

Robinson Equestrian is a family run centre, with a relaxed family atmosphere making riding fun for happy hackers and serious riders alike.

Facilities include an Olympic-sized outdoor sand arena, lunge arena, American style indoor barn, canteen and toilets, with ample parking for horse boxes and lorries.

A full set of jumps includes a Puissance wall, and the facility hosts on site training shows, clinics and showjumping events.
