Reunion for CPC Class of '86
Calling out to the CPC class of 1986! writes Esther Reddy. To celebrate and remember our time in Cross & Passion College — and our time since then — a 30-year reunion is planned for Friday 7 October.
Our evening will begin with a tour of CPC at 7pm kindly facilitated by Catherine Moynihan, principal of the school. Many of the 1986 year may not have been back since Leaving Cert results day and this is a great opportunity to see how the school has developed since then — while still maintaining ever-remembered elements such as the ‘hen run’!
The evening will continue in Fallons, which was of course Berneys in 1986. Check out Facebook Page entitled CPC Class of '86 — 30-year reunion or contact Ann (Peacocke) Murphy 087 1388568, Trish (Lambe) Gilroy 087 2270992, Marie (Dillon) Clancy 087 1388568 or Esther Reddy 087 9450634.
ED NOTE: That was the last year CPC was an all-girls school, and from September of that year boys were admitted. It was also when the school began to phase out boarders.
