German TV crew in Nolans today
A TV crew from Germany filmed in Nolans this morning, which will bring our local butchers to an ever-widening audience in that country, writes Brian Byrne.
James Nolan was interviewed by two German celebrity chefs who specialise in organic meats, Ludwig ‘Lucki’ Maurer, who raises his own wagyu cattle, and Wolfgang Otto from Otto Gourmet.
The TV slot was organised by Donal Denvir, Manager of Bord Bia in Germany, based in Dusseldorf.
