The Bridge Camphill Community has vacancies for a Social Worker, and a Social Care House Coordinator.
The Social Worker at the Bridge Community will have a significant role within the community in leading, guiding and facilitating the development of responsive, innovative and individualised solution focused approaches to support the people with special needs and their families. As part of the senior management team, they will take co-responsibility for the overall running of the Bridge Community. It is a permanent contract for 26 hours per week, Monday–Friday (Flexi).
The position of Social Care House Coordinator is to manage and support the smooth running of a household for adults with special needs and co-workers in an intentional community by leading a team of volunteers in creating a positive living experience and an environment and atmosphere within the home in which the needs of people can be met. The position is a permanent contract for maternity cover as required, for 26 hours per week with occasional extra hours when required.
