Old Kilcullen Spring Clean

This year will be our fourth year participating in the An Taisce National Spring Clean, writes Fergus Aspell.

Over the past three years we have collected in the region of 100 bags of rubbish along the five roads leading up to the Round Tower. Littering and illegal dumping continues to be a nationwide problem. However, with this initiative and help from local residence we have done our best to keep this beautiful area clean.

Next weekend, 18-20 March, I would like to get the help of about six or eight people for about half an hour to help with this year's clean up.
