Conservation grants for built heritage
Kildare County Council is offering grants to help with the repair and conservation of protected structures, under the Built Heritage Investment Scheme 2016.
The Scheme (BHIS) relates to structures that are protected under the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended).
The total value of funding provided for individual projects will not exceed 50 percent of the cost of the works, with the minimum level of funding awarded being €2,500 up to a maximum of €10,000. Kildare County Council will allocate funding for projects based on a proper assessment process.
