Bright Eyes Week for children vision check

This is Bright Eyes Week, and Kilcullen optometrist Nichola Kennedy is participating in the event, which offers a 6-point vision check for children.

This screening programme has been developed by the Association of Optometrists Ireland for optometrists interested in children’s vision.

The screening takes only a few minutes and is much more comprehensive than the primary school vision screening.

It can pick up at an early age, vision problems that may be causing your children difficulties at school, at play, or simply discomfort.
