Emily wins fish pie gold

Emily Behan, representing Nolans of Kilcullen, won a Gold Medal for 'Emily's Fish Pie' at the recent speciality foods competition in Dublin, held on 17 September.

The event, organised by the Associated Craft Butchers of Ireland, was judged by The Irish Food Writers Guild.
