Main Street walks for Heritage Week

To mark Heritage week, we invite you to join us for a walking tour of Main Street Kilcullen, on the evenings of 25/26 August, write Nessa Dunlea and Mary Orford.

Mill? Yes. Forge? Yes. Sweet Factory? Yes. Bakery? Yes. Whether you've come to live here recently or you're a long term resident, come along and discover the stories behind the buildings on Main Street.

We will have a display of memorabilia in the Heritage Centre, courtesy of Billy Redmond's fascination with things of the past, and, after the walk, you are most welcome to stay and have a cuppa and a chat.

We look forward to seeing you on either the 25th or 26th August. The walk will start at 7pm on each night.
