Big local weekend for Irish Cancer Society

Just a reminder of two things happening locally over this weekend in aid of the Irish Cancer Society, writes Brian Byrne.

The Kilcullen team in the county Relay for Life event will be active at the Curragh Racecourse today from 3pm through until tomorrow afternoon. If you have a spare hour, get along there and support them.

And the annual Mac & Norman Vintage Rally drives off from Mac Sully's yard on Sunday at 1pm, finishing up at The Priory in Kilgowan, where there will be an afternoon and evening of entertainment and fun.

A good cause and great craic at both.
