Sabrina wins Best in Show dog grooming

Local dog grooming specialist Sabrina Rice won the Best in Show Pet Stylist at the K9 Expo Dog Lovers Show in Armagh last weekend, writes Brian Byrne.

Sabrina's family are originally from Nicholastown, and she operates her grooming service from Walshestown, near Athgarvan.

It's a remarkable achievement to win not just the challenging 'Experienced Scissors Class' but then to take 'Best in Show' against international competition.

The time, preparation, travel and performance on the day have to be exceptional. Sabrina is pictured above with Elmo on the day of the show.
