Tomorrow's country concert sold out

A country music concert in Kilcullen tomorrow night is a sellout, writes Brian Byrne.

Arranged to raise funds for the Special Olympics project, the concert features Nashville singer-songwriter team Leona and Ron Williams, along with Tony Kerr, Just Two, and Kilcullen's own Jimmy Aspell.

Organisers Carmel Aspell and Tommy Lawlor are delighted with the response. "We could have sold it twice over, such was the demand," Carmel told the Diary today.
