The Bridge Community is looking for highly motivated individuals interested in joining our team as part of a Life Sharing Community that is supporting people with special needs.

We are currently looking for a Personal Support Worker for one of the people we are supporting to live independently as well as a House Coordinator who will help with the management and support of one of our house communities with four individuals with special needs.
