Craft demonstrations at pop-up gallery
Demonstrations of upcycling furniture will take place over the weekend in the pop-up gallery organised by Antoinette Buckley and friends, writes Brian Byrne.
It's one of a number of various demos which will take place in the gallery over the weekend.
Everybody is welcome to come along, and browse amongst the art and craft in the gallery, which is in place in conjunction with the River Festival weekend
A percentage of the proceeds will be given to community projects. The gallery is in the former Home Instead Senior Care premises on Main Street.
Pictured in the gallery today are Jennifer Monaghan of Narraghmore, crochet and decoupage artis; Antoinette Buckley; Rosaleen Bergin, Kilcullen; Marie Moran, Nicholastown; and Sylvia Wheatley, Newbridge. (Pic Trish Whelan.)
