Badminton bash in Fallons this week

Now that our season ended I will be concentrating on some player profiles some old and some new, as well as giving out some important information regarding the club, writes Enda O'Neill, PRO of Kilcullen Badminton Club.

This weekend, June 7, KBC is having an end of season bash in Fallons of Kilcullen at 8pm. Of course all are welcome and we would love to see the old faces back, and some of you who would be interested in joining our summer club which started on Tuesday 3 June and runs from 9 till late!. Our new committee are as follows: Chairperson: Paddy Burke, Club Captain: Dave Mc Clean, Secretary: Sarah Walshe, Match Secretary: Oliva P Valroy, Treasurer: Denise Souhan, Assistant Treasurer: Clive Cole, and PRO: Enda O’Neill.

At the beginning of last season I spoke with John Mullen who is a member of KBC for the last three years now and was my vice-captain on the mix 3 team. I asked John some quick-fire questions and here is what he had to say for himself.
