Another sausage stroke from Nolans
Nolans Butchers has added another major prize to its string of award-winning sausages by eating up the Best Breakfast Sausage in Ireland contest held at Stradbally Hall last Sunday.
The event was hosted by the Irish Pig Society and included TV presenter Ella McSweeney — chair of the Irish Pork Society — as a judge.
She said the Nolans entry stood out from all the others in the blind tasting session.
The Irish shop has won 24 medals for products at the Associated Craft Butchers of Ireland competitions over the last five years.
