'Thank you' for Miscellany support

On behalf of the Bermingham family I wish to thank all who helped to make 'Miscellany on Sunday' the success that it was, writes Phena Bermingham. All funds go directly to the Redemptorist Mozambique mission where Fr John Bermingham works with Fr Brian Holmes (Cork).

John greatly appreciates the good will and interest of all who support this work. Everyone who helped in any way is included in each Mass offered at the mission. John will give an update in the near future.

Thanks to all who attended, performed and worked at Miscellany. A special thank you to those who distributed leaflets, to Nolan's Butchers who kindly provided sausages, to Paul Carey who looked after mulled wine and much more and to Dowlings of Ballyshannon for all their help. We are grateful to Brian Byrne who is and always has been a huge help, to The Bridge Magazine, the local correspondents of the Leinster Leader and Kildare Nationalist, and the parish newsletters of Kilcullen, Newbridge and Suncroft who have played a vital PR role.

Last but not least we thank our community, family and friends who are always so helpful and encouraging.
