Martin is new chair of Credit Union

Martin Burke is the new chairperson of Kilcullen Credit Union, writes Brian Byrne. This follows last night's AGM when Philomena Griffin stepped down from the position having served since 2009.

Jim Barker is the vice-chair, and Elaine Whyte continues as secretary.

The audited accounts for the year ending 30 September 2013 show the organisation to be in a healthy state, and a dividend of 0.75% is to be paid to members.
