Support Sunday's fun Pitch & Putt for Cancer

Great morning guaranteedA breakfast barbecue at St Bridget's Pitch & Putt on Sunday next, 22 September, will raise funds for the Irish Cancer Society, writes Brian Byrne.

Things tee off at 9.30pm with music by Jimmy Aspell and Kevin Swayne, and fun and good food is guaranteed.

The event is being organised by Tommy Dignam of The Spout, Derek Courtney and Stephen Byrne, and is in conjunction with Jimmy Aspell's fundraiser for the ICS last weekend. Donations can be made on the day, or sponsorship cards are available in The Spout.

Everybody is welcome, players and non-players, and prizes will be presented in The Spout around 12.30pm.
