River Cafe opens

Well, it was a tough battle, not helped by having to wait so long for electricity and gas to be connected, but Noel and Katrina O'Connell finally got their River Cafe open this morning, to great local support, writes Brian Byrne.

We'll talk more with them when things settle down, and see what their plans are.

In the meantime, the very best of luck with the venture (hope they have a stock of ice-cream for the weather that's in it!).
