Meeting on single Chamber for Kildare

Single Chamber would benefit Kildare businessA meeting in the Osborne Centre of the National Stud this evening will detail the proposal to form a single Chamber of Commerce for County Kildare, writes Brian Byrne.

Beginning at 6.30pm, members of the North Kildare Chamber and Newbridge Chamber will outline the advantages of the idea, and there will be opportunities for questions.

The event is open to all businesses in the county or any size. It follows similar presentations made in Athy and Leixlip over the past few weeks.

A countywide Chamber could have a membership of over 500 companies.
