Art Camp again in Community Centre

Nurturing creativityA Summer Art Camp established in the Community Centre nine years ago kicks off on 15 July for two weeks, writes Brian Byrne.

The Camp is run by Ruth Hunter and is a chance for both boys and girls to nurture their artistic creativity.

The event caters for 5-12 year-olds and all art materials supplied. Activities include painting, drawing, clay modelling, collage and more.

The first week is 15-19 July and the second from 22-26 July. The sessions are from 10am-2pm and the cost is €85 per week.
