Parade planning on last lap

The last details of next Sunday's St Patrick's Day Parade were being worked out last night at a special meeting in the Scouts Den, writes Brian Byrne.

The parade is the first ever in Kilcullen and is being organised by Emma Birchall and her fellow scouts and Leaders.

We'll have the full programme here later in the week, but assembly of participants will start at Bishop Rogan Park entrance at 11.30am, for a parade start of 12.30pm and a finish of music and dancing in the grounds of the CPC opposite Joeys Hideout.
