Lions Table Quiz 2013

There was a strong turnout for the annual Lions Club fundraising Table Quiz in the Hideout last night, writes Brian Byrne, with a very positive result from the linked auction too.

It was the first event of its kind in the 'Joeys' Hideout, and the new ambiance was well appreciated by all attending.

We'll pass on the results as soon as they reach us. But given that the Lions provide support to a wide range of community organisations in the locality through the year, it was a good kick-off to their fundraising efforts for 2013.
