Jimmy in for a music award

Kilcullen's own Jimmy Aspell is one of the nominees for the third annual Leinster Entertainment Awards, writes Brian Byrne.

The event is being held in the Killashee House Hotel on Monday 8 May, with all proceeds going to Rehab and the Kildare Branch of MS Ireland.

The show will be headlined by Daniel O'Donnell, and performances from Jimmy and many others from the Leinster area will make it a night to remember for music fans.
