Yobs on the rampage

A string of vandalism actions in Kilcullen and Brannockstown in the early hours of Monday morning is being investigated, writes Brian Byrne.

They all occurred between 3-4am, and included smashing of a window in a private residence on Main Street, damage to the Christmas lights on the bridge, a car rear screen being broken, and bins emptied on the ground in both Kilcullen and Brannockstown.

Video footage is being examined to try and identify a car which was driven through the town at the time while its occupants shouted to each other.
