New Tyre Centre opens

A new tyre and car service centre has opened for business today at the back of the Leinster Marts premises on the Athgarvan Road, writes Brian Byrne.

The business owners are Rene Lacpao, Arnold Aldemita and Bryan Geraldizo (Arnold and Rene are pictured above). Obviously not directly from Ireland, they have been living here after coming from their native Phillipines a decade or more ago.

They already have a business connection with Kilcullen, as they operate the car valeting service at the rear of the Frazers Filling Station and shop.

Kilcullen Tyre Centre offers a complete range of tyre repair and supply services, stocking top brands like Continental, Pirelli, Michelin and Dunlop.

The proprietors have invested substantially in the latest equipment for tyres, wheel alignment, exhaust systems replacement and brakes servicing. The operation also offers full car servicing by qualified mechanics, as well as pre-NCT inspection.

Opening hours are Monday-Saturday from 8.30am-6pm. Tyre changes and repairs can be carried out while the customer waits, and a comfortable waiting room with current newspapers and fresh coffee is part of the facility.
