Kenny, Armelle in modern Irish cookbook

Two Kilcullen food specialists have had recipes accepted for an upcoming Cookbook by Goodall's, writes Brian Byrne.

Husband and wife team Kenny Rorie and Armelle Siomboing each have a recipe in the publication, the proceeds of which will be donated to charities Cork Penny Dinners and Crosscare.

The 50 recipes in the book are provided by 44 contributors selected from a large number of entries to the project, aimed at showcasing what modern Irish cookery is like.

A special lunch for all of the final contributors to the Cookbook will be held on Thursday October 18 in the Merrion Hotel in Dublin.

In addition to hardback copies for sale, the publication will be downloadable from Goodall's website.
